Construction Monitoring/Administration

Many construction material or premature performance failures could have been prevented by proper monitoring and administration during implementation of the original design. AESTIMO is experienced in providing construction administration and full-time monitoring or periodic site visits to observe the work being performed. Periodic site visits are typically performed at intervals appropriate to the various stages of construction to observe the progress and quality of the executed work and to determine whether the work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents.
